COMPOSITION:
Flunixin
INDICATION:
Cattle, buffalos:
Treatment of pneumonia, mastitis, metritis.
Swine:
prevention & treatment of MMA syndrome (metritis, mastitis, agalactosis) in sows.
Prevention of chronic metritis, pneumonia, nephritis, fever with unknown reasons.
Horses:
treatment of inflammation combined with musculoskeletal changes.
Use in all the cases if corticosteroid therapy is contraindicated.
DOSAGE
Swine, bovines, goats, sheep:
Intramuscular injection:
2 ml/ 45 kg B.W; can be repeated 1 - 2 times after 12 hours.
The dose depends on the symptoms.
Musculoskeletal inflammation and changes:
1 ml/ 45 kg B.W for intravenous injection; repeated the treatment in the next day and for 5 consecutive days.
Horses:
1 ml/ 45 kg B.W for intravenous injection, repeated after 24 hours if necessary and for 5 consecutive days.
PRESERVATION:
Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
