Description
Introvit A+ WS is a powder composed of vitamins and amino acids.
Both water and fat soluble vitamins have their own specific function.
Vitamin A is involved in the formation and protection of epithelial tissues and mucous membranes and is important for reproduction, growth and immune response.
Furthermore, vitamin A promotes healing and serves as an antioxidant to prevent free radical induced tissue damage and is essential for vision.
B vitamins are essential for the proper operation of several physiological functions and are important for carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism.
Vitamin C is required for collagen formation and tissue repair.
Vitamin C plays an important role in various oxidation-reduction mechanisms in living cells and is involved in hydroxylation.
Furthermore, vitamin C stimulates the immune system and serves as an antioxidant in conjunction with vitamin E. Vitamin D3 regulates calcium and phosphorus metabolism and its absorption from the intestine.
It is essential for the normal development of skeleton and teeth and is also involved in the regulation of the immune system.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble cellular antioxidant, protecting cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals. It is involved in maintenance of cellular membranes, arachidonic acid metabolism, immunity, and reproductive function. Vitamin K3 plays an important role in blood coagulation.
Amino acids are important for e.g. protein synthesis, muscle growth, milk production egg and meat quality.
Minerals are essential for the proper operation of several physiological functions.
