PAIN RELIEF - ANTIPYRETIC
COMPOSITION:
Meloxicam
INDICATION:
- Reduce swelling, pain relief, antipyretic caused by respiratory tract infections, enteritis, diarrhea, mastitis, myositis, trauma in swine and cattle.
- Supportive treatment of M.M.A syndrome in swine.
DOSAGE:
- Cattle:
I.V or S.C administration, single dose:
1 ml/ 40 kgs B.W.
- Horses:
I.V administration, single dose:
3 ml/ 100 kgs B.W.
- Sheep and lambs over 14 days of age:
S.C administration on the neck behind ear, single dose:
1 ml/ 20 kgs B.W.
- Swine:
I.M administration, single dose: 1 ml/ 50 kgs B.W.
Interval dose after 24 hours if necessary.
Contra-indications:
- Do not use for animals with liver or kidney failure.
- Do not use for hypersensitive animals to any components.
Withdrawal time:
- Cattle:
For meat:
15 days.
For milk:
5 days.
- Swine:
5 days.
